This interview was recorded on 23 December. Listen to it for my analysis of the current situation in gold, silver, and metals generally, as well as for the outlook for 2026.
Thank you Alasdair, for the wisdom you are giving us to share with our children and families. I have given my grandchildren most of the gold & silver I had saved for years. I’m now trying to educate them by sharing your Substack with them. I only hope they listen and are able to make educated decisions. We are rather fortunate in that much of what I’ve had has sat in bags so as not to generate dust. I saw your Substack a few months ago and wished I’d seen it back in March… at that time I also had a few gold trinkets which I sold for 1/3 the price it is now. It is what it is. I’m not sure how long I’ll be able to hold on to what’s left of the silver… in the very near future I shall have to make a decision. At least now I am better equipped to do so. I’m nearly 79 and … well decisions need to be made. Again, thank you. I’ve even recommended you to the person who buys my tokens. I’ve a feeling she thinks I’m rather naive, which most likely I am. But, not as naive as before I started reading and best yet, listening to you and the other people you’ve invited onto your Substack. I wish you all the best for 2026.
(My G*d, I pray the 🍊cret1n doesn’t take us to another war.)
I can hear the flapping of the wings of the Black Swan. Will it land next year? It’s almost like playing Russian roulette isn’t it. Flight to safety and wealth preservation is key, the smart money already started.
Alisdair I signed off your Australia interview. Same thing once before as they just talk and talk leaving you sitting there wondering why they invited you.
