How very diplomatic of you Alasdair. Using the term "shot a line" instead of what I, or others would say is very tactful, but you're absolutely correct. Even my elderly mother, 86, no longer believes anything she hears on the 1 o'clock news. As soon as the headlines are finished she switches off because, as she says, the rest is just drivel. It's quite sad really, all trust in those currently sitting in Westminster has gone. Anyway, thanks for sharing your interview with Daryl and Brian.
