Russia v. America — the view from Alexander Dugin and Pepe Escobar
Slaying the dragon of globalism
This long interview with Russian philosopher Alexander Dugin and journalist Pepe Escobar is split into two parts. I highly recommend listening to it all to get a sense of how Russia sees the West: we know how the West and particularly America sees Russia. It makes sense to understand how a Russian thinker sees the evolution of his own nation under Putin.
We could say that Escobar is biased against the West, but that would be to dismiss his valuable insights. Escobar is a well informed geopolitical thinker in his own right, offering valuable insights into the Russia-China partnership.
As we learned from Tucker Carlson’s recent visit to Moscow, our information and understanding is heavily influenced by anti-Russia propaganda.
This interview is available on X (Twitter), but in the interests of collating information for my paid subscribers who may have not seen it, I repeat it here.
