We started talking about this and that and he said that it was fine as the banks have guaranteed the funds etc. I said but what if they close the banks? You get a piece of paper saying iou from them, that's the last you see of your cash. He couldn't comprehend. I tried everything but they just can't quite believe that the British banks would do that to them. I will not give up. Hopefully they will see the light one day before it's too late.
