Well said Alasdair. Funny thing happened today. My sister and her partner came by me today. We started talking about this and that and he said that it was fine as the banks have guaranteed the funds etc. I said but what if they close the banks? You get a piece of paper saying iou from them, that's the last you see of your cash. He couldn't comprehend. I tried everything but they just can't quite believe that the British banks would do that to them. I will not give up. Hopefully they will see the light one day before it's too late. I'm really worried for them. You video chat tonight was great and I've figured out that I can send it to them. Fingers crossed 🀞🏻🀞🏻. Anyway, great stuff as always. Many thanksπŸ‘πŸ»

"Now listen, you rich people, weep and wail because of the misery that is coming on you. Your wealth has rotted, and moths have eaten your clothes. Your gold and silver are corroded. Their corrosion will testify against you and eat your flesh like fire. You have hoarded wealth in the last days. Look! The wages you failed to pay the workers who mowed your fields are crying out against you. The cries of the harvesters have reached the ears of the Lord Almighty. You have lived on earth in luxury and self-indulgence. You have fattened yourselves in the day of slaughter. You have condemned and murdered the innocent one, who was not opposing you.

Be patient, then, brothers and sisters, until the Lord’s coming." [James 5]

Sobering. But confiscation would ipso facto trigger a civil war, let alone the Big One. Let us keep a modicum of optimism and hope we are just witnessing the end of the sub specie "Homo Speculans Insanis", rather than the obliteration of Homo Sapiens in toto. I used to work with Dr. Doom and Gloom in the Temple of Greed (Drexel Burn'dem), who is now happily ensconced in Shangri-La, i.e. Chiang Mai. He was finely attuned to the shifting tides of change and I can't imagine him being on the wrong side of History. As they say in the Big Apple, there is light at the end of the tunnel...the smokestacks of New Jersey. Oh! dear...Fiat Nox.

" But confiscation would ipso facto trigger a civil war,"

Really? Is this your expectation from the same people who accepted being locked up at home and not allowed to see dying relatives and then coerced to take an injectable multiple times that did nothing at best, and god only knows at worst? Sadly, I doubt very many of them have grown a backbone and the will to stand up to it.

As a militant unvaxxed, I share your sideration. But this is not the forum to delve deeper into this crime against humanity. Let me just hint that this has been in gestation for a very long time. A certain "Revered" Malthus? However if you can fool most of the people, most of the time...eventually even the gladiators rebel. That is how Revolutions occur. As an exiled Frenchman, by choice, in the land which was a refuge for Karl & Friedrich & Victor Hugo, hope springs eternal in the human breast

Said Pope, not the one in Rome, but Alexander the enlightened in his Essay on Man.

In the meanwhile true to my race I prefer a full bottle in front of me , than a full frontal lobotomy.
